Pollutec Paris will be held on November 26 and 27, 2024 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 1, from 9am to 6pm.

You can leave your personal belongings in the checkroom at the entrance to the show.

  • 3€ per item of clothing, helmet or umbrella
  • 4€ per piece of luggage
  • 5€ per stroller, bicycle, scooter

My badge

If you are a visitor, you can register for your badge online here.

If you are an exhibitor, you can request your exhibitor badge via your exhibitor space.

We invite you to book your pass now to benefit from a 20% discount on your purchase, saving 10€ per badge.

Here are the detailed rates:

  • until November 25: 40€ excl. VAT / person
  • during the show November 26-27, 2024, on site or online: 50€ excl. VAT / person

Payment can be made online or on site by Visa or Mastercard.

Your badge is personal and non-transferable.

You can order a badge for your visiting colleagues via the ticketing service by choosing the "colleagues only" option.

For exhibitors, please visit your exhibitor area.

Once you have ordered your badge, you will receive a confirmation email.

Printing your badge to access the show is not necessary. As part of our CSR policy, we invite you to present it directly on your smartphone at the show entrance.

If you do need to print your badge, it will be possible to do so from 15 days before the show. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your badge is available.

What to do if you haven't received your badge despite registering online?

Are you a journalist, teacher, student or job-seeker?

You can register via our ticketing service here.

You will be asked to provide proof of your status.

Visitor: After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to request your visa letter.

Exhibitor: The administrator of your company's account must create your exhibitor badge. You will then receive a confirmation email containing a link to request your visa letter.

CSR at the heart of our commitments

To reduce our environmental impact and have a positive social impact, we will be implementing measures to meet our ambitions:

  • Elimination of carpeting in the show aisles
  • Recyclable signage
  • Close collaboration with Re-up, a virtuous circular economy system that optimizes waste recovery through the recycling and reuse channels of our eco-responsible partners.
  • Reduced electricity consumption by dimming general lighting, using LED lighting and regulating heating at the show.
  • Partnership with Café Joyeux
  • Installation of water fountains
  • Encouraging low-carbon transport, public transport and soft mobility


RX is a signatory of the Climate Pledge, committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2040 at the latest, and RX is a signatory of the Net Zero Carbon Events, committed to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030.

The Business Meetings’ platform

As part of your participation, you have access to the Business Meetings program, which enables you to schedule qualified meetings with the exhibitors of your choice.

Ahead of the show, you can identify companies according to their activities and needs, plan your business meetings and meet on site at a pre-selected time slot.

Our aim? To help you organize your visit and optimize your time!

For exhibitors, you'll have access to the business meetings site via your exhibitor area.

For visitors, once you've booked your pass, you'll receive a link in the next few days with instructions on how to activate your account on the platform. 

It is essential to complete your profile on the Business Meetings platform to take full advantage of the features and opportunities it offers.

For visitors, you'll receive instructions on how to complete your profile by email, once you've ordered your badge.

Safety protocol

The security arrangements within the Porte de Versailles exhibition center (VIPARIS) include:

  • A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and the external common areas
  • The search of all visitors' and exhibitors' bags at each entrance to the exhibition center
  • The presence of security guards on the outdoor common areas of the exhibition center
